Everything, from simple hotel bookings to private yachts and jets. I do it all – family vacations, group travel, honeymoons, wedding guest room arrangements, cruises, villas, yacht charters, corporate incentive trips, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, and more.
Usually, as I specialize in 4-5 star hotels and luxury villas and charters, where the suppliers and tour operators have been rigorously vetted. This ensures that we curate trips that consistently deliver the high level of service you expect and deserve.
Your vacation is an investment, so I always recommend purchasing travel insurance as unforeseen disturbances happen in life. If needed, I can provide insurance quotes and facilitate the purchasing process.
No worries – it’s your trip! We will make adjustments till we get it right. However, if we are restarting the planning process, an additional planning fee will apply to compensate for the time spent creating your custom itinerary.

Comprehensive Travel Planning – planning fee applies

Detailed planning that includes luxury accommodations, transportation, restaurant reservations, exclusive experiences, spa services, and more.  The planning fee starts at $250 and varies depending on destination, length, number of travelers, and complexity of trip.  This also applies to group and corporate travel.

Air transportation – additional fee applies

I take care of all the logistics, including optimizing your flight routes, incidental flight changes, preferred premium seating and any issues while traveling.  Ask about private air travel!
